MILO® PANCAKE

Pancakes are delicious, but with this exciting MILO Pancake recipe, they become rolls chocolatey nourishing goodness. Will you try it?​

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup MILO®
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 20g melted butter​
  • 1 1/3 cups self-raising flour​
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda​
  • 1/2 cup milk​
  • 1 egg

MAKE IT:

Stir the water, MILO, sugar and butter in a bowl until it dissolves.

In another bowl, whisk flour and bicarbonate soda in another bowl and Make a well in center and break your egg in.

Add milk and your MILO mixture and whisk until smooth.

Heat up a non-stick frying pan over high-heat and brush it with butter. Pour 1/4 cupful of batter into the pan and warm it for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface.

Flip your pancake and let it cook for another 1-2 mins until golden brown.
